Ive writing reviews abot these people hoping theyll stop doing this to me, i canceled my si in january because the driver refused to give me my new sim saying that he cant scan my id its damaged, after canceling i got a call from a male agent saying that i reverse the cancelation ill get that 2 extra sim deal, and therll be no need for an id when they deliver again as he would authorize it, my biggest mistake was agreeing since i still dont have the sim and im being charged 500 for nothing, this morning they debited again for what i dont know since i dnt have a sim and what i know is this is a pay aas u use service, i loved this network but now its a night mare, i just want my money back and just move on from this ****mers that ***** peoples money with lies bring my money back please
