Rain is by far the worst network provider there is. I am here to spread awareness about them. With this new package they have of R589.00 it is actually not this price. The amount is not fixed and it changes every month. In Feb 2024 I paid for it R700 and this month it came back saying I am owing R1090 for what I’m not even sure. After trying to get hold of them the whole day without any luck. Them telling me I need to just pay this. They will put you on hold for 3 straight hours, you request a call back and they never call back. I want them to cancel and they are failing to do just that as well. Poor customer service and lack of empathy from Rain. Can someone please help
