****MERS!!! They advertise "no contracts" for a sim only month to month deal then when you no longer need the sim card, they continue charging you without actually supplying the service! My wife was handed over to debt collectors, without even trying call or email stating the account was not paid. I call the call centre only to go through to India agents who are absolutely RUDE and cut the call when making an enquiry. I will most definitely be contacting the ombudsman.
