I made a manual payment of R1300 on my rain account they than debited R3999 on my account I called several times for a refund and after today’s call I get a message saying a refund of 700 will be paid to me where is the rest of my money and the agent kept giving me an attitude and refusing fir me to speak to a manager. These people are ****mers
