I used to use rain until I moved to where their network doesn't cover so I stopped.
Apparently I owe them R1700.00 which I don't know how as I don't have a contract with them,the only agreement we had was a month to month service.
Now they sending me ****ed up emails and endless phone calls.
I WILL NOT PAY FOR A CONTRACT I DID NOT SIGN RAIN.

09 Nov 2023, 14:32The agreement says that it's a month to month service which includes understanding you use when you pay, how does it be that you allowed usage while it was not paid for?
I took 2 Sims for my kids and when we moved to Mafikeng North West I found that at Aurport view your network does not cover so I stopped paying for it knowing that because it's a month to month it will be terminated.
It doesn't make sense how is it that I am owing you people..
