Their service is terrible and disgusting. I received my router about a week and few days ago but it is still not working. When I call their customer service they always say they will call me later but never call or if they do call, the call will be cut off whilst I'm still explaining my problem. At this stage I'm close to cancelling their service and request my money back. What is the use of paying for services that you are not using. Even on their facebook page they only respond to people who are complementing them, but if it's a complaint you are blocked.
