I had a rain SIM card from 2020, I stopped using it in 2021 if I am not mistaken. This morning I get a call from people saying they are lawyers and my account has been handed over to them, I owe Rain. I don’t understand how I owe rain because I had no contract with them, it is a month to month subscription that you pay for prior to using the data and if not paid for they cut your internet access, so how do I owe rain when I didn’t use their services? I am actually very angry because just yesterday I had an incident with billing from their department that is still not solved.
