Worse service ever
I canceled my contract with rain on the 26 of june after paid my contract on the 25 june,I was told that the cancelation was successful, tell me why this month they are saying that am in arrears, why am i in arrears after i successful made my cancelation coz when you are in arrears you cant cancel the contract, why was i not told that i will still have to pay when i was making the cancelations... You guys are ****mers.
