Am disgusted by the fact that I am told by debt collectors that I owe Rain money, even though my account was on debit order and I cancelled my month to month account in April 2022. I have never received any communication from Rain stating that I owe them money and I confirmed that there were no outstanding monies with the lady that processed my cancellation. I could not use their services at all, so I cancelled my contract, now I suddenly owe them money... For what? It's ********* that they're trying to make money from people that no longer use their services.
