I had my account double billed in August 2025 now in Sept 2025 they created another way off Double Billing Me. and Irispective of bow many times you. Call is either they promise to look up on the matter or ignore your call. I am still waiting for Rain to defund me the August25 R649 they *******ly billed, and for Sept Bill to be corrected.
