So, we got the R595 Level 0 package from Rain One but someone at Rain One decided that it was okay to change it to Level 5 without our consent. We are now being charged nearly R400 more than what was agreed upon.

This is unacceptable ****mer behaviour. I am disgusted. And yes, my husband did call them but no explanation was given as to why you people think that it's okay to **** people like this.
