I stopped using rain more that 18 months ago and in that time no deductions were done in my account. I did not receive any communication that there was any amount owed to them or even an invoice.

Now Im getting messages and calls from debt collectors that i owe R1400, how When this is pay as i use service and I haven’t used their services in so long?

How do you transfer an account to debt collectors without any prior communication or making me aware there is an outstanding balance for 18 months?

I dont understand how you do business.
