Mega miserable

I am absolutely disgusted. I had 4G wifi at first and I couldn't even watch wifi statuses. Unfortunately my account was on my brothers name. I tried to cancel this package sending more than 7 please contact me's to rain and yet no answer. So I decided to make a new account. I upgraded to 5G. To my surprise it's worse than 4G. There is a tower 700m away from me but yet I'm sitting on 4MB/s. I have reset, moved and called the call center yet no help. I am spending more on data than Rain at this point. And I can't even get assist to cancel my accounts.
