Mediocre Service from RAIN.

Rain is very frustrating. I honestly wonder what their supports Agents do. Their job is to escalate queries, if not they tell you to switch off and on the router. The reset button on my router is no longer working and I have requested a new router. Every time when I want to cancel they offer me a new router but lies and just like their network and service. I don't recommend this to anyone. Mediocre service.
