Mediocre, Disappointing and Frustrating!

Inconsistent, horrible speeds, keeps dropping...I've had LTE with the major providers. It was simple plug and play and easy streaming/downloading at the advertised speeds (they also advertised "Up To"). I have the 5G 50mb line. I get less than 10mb. I can't watch Netflix properly as the line constantly drops and I have to either disconnect the router from the power source or switch off WiFi and switch back on, on the laptop. I can't even use WiFi on my phone! When I enquired about the speed they simply responded "it's correct as it's "up to" and won't be the stated speed. It's frustrated and annoying. Worst internet ever. Very disappointed
