I signed in with rain in February 2023 and I canceled within 4 days just before the router was delivered. My money was never refunded to this day. I responded to their emails with my banking details. Called several times, they called me back once and missed the call, I returned call within 4 minutes was told billings department will call its April now they still haven't called. One time a lady took my banking details but even with that money was never refunded, I was ****med of money for service that was never rendered. Stay away from Rain they started well in 2020 but now may be they have too much money.
