I am not happy with how Rain is all of a sudden treating me, i have been using Rain since 2019, Nov 2024 i upgraded from the R280 package to the R625 package, when i upgraded i received a coupon of R300 which i was promised will be credited to my account and it was not credited. R280 was deducted while i had already cancelled the plan. i found myself paying R1,536 instead of paying R956.00.
I called Rain countless times with no assistance, each time i call i would be told someone will get back to me regarding my matter.
I demand a refund of my R280 and credit of my R300 coupon.
