I’ve been using Rain 5G for almost a year. When I joined Rain I was told that it’s a subscription, no payment no connection, and I subscribed and paid R529 for the router before I can even collect. I’ve collected the router after 2-3days. It was good and functional,but around October 2023 I started to experience network problems, kept calling and I was told my area is under maintenance and it kept on until November 2023 and I’ve decided to call and unsubscribe and cancel on 02/12/2023 since it was no longer serving the purpose. I was told to expect a courier that would be dispatched for collection of router. It took longer until I dropped it by myself. Lately I’m called by Nu-debt telling me that I owe Rain 5G , I don’t understand how? Cause once you miss payment you are disconnected. This the worst experience I ever had with RAIN 5G. These people are the ****s and *****ing from people. Be careful of ****mers
