If the was a way to give them half a star I would, They a quick to give you their router, but almost a month spent trying to connect it.

When if finally connects it’s slow and breaks connection all the time. Yet they never forget to take their money at the end of the month.

When I cancel it, it was a headache, started cancellation process in April, they only gave me a reference number No One CALLED TO HELP WITH THE DANM CANCELLATION.

Tried again 2 more times, same story and yet they are still taking money from my account, 2 month into the cancellation process finally someone calls. They tell me I have to pay again the following month because cancellation at the end of May means I have to pay for the last time in June.

Furious but I paid for June and I cancelled the transactions with my bank. Guess who came back to debit money in July? Yep Rain did. And now they claim I owe them for July…. Cause I cancelled the transaction

Call support 5 times , no help , Now they are harassing me with debt collectors. For my peace of mind I paid that money. But I know full well that I did not owe them anything.
