I’ve been ****med by Rain!! On the 25th of April they debited my monthly premium which is R569 then a few mins later they debited R284.50 3 times. I’ve been contacting them requesting a refund. I then received an SMS advising “ a refund of R264 has been processed” .
When I did a follow up I was told the amount debited was my premium for April. How? But they already debited for April.
If you are thinking of using RAIN, don’t bother because even their network is bad!!
