Meaningless response to complaints
I recently posted a review of Rain and the lack of communication or ability to respond to my email regarding my account.
I receive a response on Hello Peter stating they will look into the matter but then nothing gets done. Am I supposed to be chasing after them for help constantly while each month the bill increases dispite 0mb usage on the line.
This is just pathetic honestly.

The company is quick to respond to defend themselves on a platform that is public but when trying to contact you privately to resolve matters their is no communication.
