Me and Rain aren't connecting

I recently joined Rain and I've already had enough of their bad customer service. They aren't reachable via email, and they will refer you to their app of which I've sent countless messages for them to reach out and they never do. I've also tried to contact them via Facebook but still nothing. I honestly don't understand how they run their business. I'm definitely ending this relationship with Rain.
