Mayur has assisted me according to my needs.. He paid attention to what I explained and Mayur I think you made a typing error though I said payment date for 25th.. Today I spoke to another Consultant from rain that refused to assist me and even give me her details.. Then i asked for the manager he came on the line.. The call disconnected with no courtesy of calling me back yet i have been with rain for such a long time.. I am truly disappointed in the type of agents they have working that can just shut a customer off. If it was not for Mayur that I spoke to I would of cancelled my line. In addition I have been many billing issues from this year with rain. I really wish that someone can assist me and make sure it's done the right way.
