Maybe the worst in the universe

If I could review you into the minus, it would be -10. This entire process has been a headache, a frustration, a struggle with TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.

1. We placed our order, and wow is it easy for you take money, so the process was fine. 2. Order supposed to be delivered via RAM within 5 working days. 14 days later, no parcel. RAM simply said the parcel was returned to rain. Fine, I'll phone rain, oh wait - no one is at the office, phones can't be answered because of "Covid". What a joke. Call centres are open all over the country, however rain feels they can stay home. Perfectly fine to keep people safe - BUT, if your staff are working via email, emails should probably be answered, are they? NO! I sent about 4 emails, I am still waiting on a response. FINALLY after losing my **** on Facebook, some person responds. 3. Wrong parcel gets delivered, then the right one an hour later. 4. Now, after everything else, our sim card is not being activated. It's been almost 2 days, and nothing. RAM scanned our documents for RICA purposes. Then after explaining this on Facebook, I get some idiotic standard reply to register a new profile and RICA online, after I clearly said we already have a profile, it is already with us and documents have been scanned. 5. Still no clear answer. You ask for ID numbers and devices and then take about 8 hours or more to send a 1 sentence reply.

The worst part is, your internet speed is not even worth all of this trouble. We hardly ever get more than 3mbps.

This is absolutely PATHETIC. I will never in my life, ever recommend you to anyone. I would rather move back into a cave, and forfeit all internet experience if you were the only provider available. I am really not even sure how you are still open, there are literally groups on Facebook just to complain about how terrible you are? If you are not willing to provide the people in our country with any type of service, do us all a favour and just close down. WOW, I can't even. My point is, I really have not felt this type of anger and frustration with anything ever. Your service is possibly the worst on planet earth, maybe even the universe.
