Map says 4G, but no coverage at all.

I have bought the unlimited data bundle for R479 a month because Rain shows 4G coverage on the map where I live, I contacted them because I thought something was wrong with the sim, which they then helped me with a sim swop, which I have to mention the service from Owen and Yeolin was great. After I received my second sim it still did not work, I took it with to work and it has full signal and worked, could someone please assist me, I have this service for three weeks but cannot use it at all, because there is no coverage at my address.
