Manager at Paulshof branch

The manager at the Paulshof branch Is very rude. He answers with an attitude of not attempting to assist KINDLY to clients. I honestly had a mental breakdown by how low he spoke & answered my query. He will even start paving around that whole front shouting & making one feel inferior. Truly He made see RAIN brand in a very unpleasant view. I had come to collect a device on behalf of my sister who is overseas at the moment & was denied but how can one answer saying its not my company byt You represent the owner in the capacity of managerial position. Dissatisfied & requesting an apology.
