Rain is like a South African government institution, whether it be the hospital, clinic, police station or any of its other departments. All staff members chooses who to help and when to help. When you complain you get the top person say, "We apologize for the service you got thus far, but one of our team members will be in contact with you soon." It then takes another two weeks for someone to email you after numerous complaints. Still after all investigation and proof that you as the customer are right, no apologies or sincerity for their mistakes are shown. I've been in contact with Mamotshabi Motaung via email and she discovered that the problem was on Rain's side and wrote to me that I will be refunded. I then reconsidered to give Rain another chance and wrote back to ask if it is possible to rather RICA and activate the sim card so I can utilize their internet service, but still no response even though they get their emails immediately on their mobile phones. All I wanted to know with a simple question was if it was possible or not to start using their service. If not a refund would be in order. But still no response whatsoever!!!!!! Yes it's definitely devastating to realize that your own money is being played with like monopoly by Rain. I never knew I would feel like this towards a company that still advertises their product or service all over the internet and all other social media networks. No other words can describe the despicable nature of their behavior after they have their hands on your money. You don't even deserve one star, unfortunately I don't have a choice so I can throw up all your bullsh*t(Gappa).
