Making it difficult to cancel subscription

Rain has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was with them for 4 years, and the way they treated me in the end was completely unacceptable. They never answer their phones—I've called countless times and couldn’t get through. When I finally managed to speak to someone and requested to cancel my contract, they completely ignored my request.

It’s frustrating and disrespectful. After being a loyal customer for years, the least they could do is handle things professionally. Instead, they make it nearly impossible to cancel while still happily debiting your account every month.

This company clearly doesn't care about its customers—just about locking people in and making it hard to leave. I regret ever signing up with them, and I would not recommend Rain to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
