Made payment at rain but my service is suspended . Even after sending proof of payment

I'm having a problem with rain I've paid my instalment on the 28 of June but my service is suspended I called I asked for my proof of payment I did so but still my services are still suspended. I pay every month the very same way but suddenly they never got my payment . They say I must pay reconnection fee of R50.00 when I ask why they say that's the best they can do. Let alone the poor network that causes struggle. I need help pls
