Made a payment on the 25th and on the 2nd they cut off my internet and they say my account is over due

Made a payment on the 25th and on the 2nd they cut off my internet and they say my account is over due. Provided proof of payment.... was never assisted till today I don't have internet when I call them they say their billing system is offline they can't assist.
