Made a payment but no communication made

I was trying to register on the 20th of August into rain as i bought their sim card and i made a payment after i received an errror pop up,money went out of my bank the payment of R479 so they request a proof of payment and i sent it last week the funny part i don’t even receive feedback i’m emailing them everyday but they don’t respond
