MacRobert Attorneys - Poor Service at Best

I had a Credit Facility with ABSA BANK that was handed over to MacRobert Attorneys. I have settled the account on the 2nd October 2020. Since I have settled the account, I have been struggling to get proof of payment from MacRobert Attorneys. I have called them Multiple times and I was made promises with no success. Its really frustrating when companies start businesses to offer a service and then they end of up doing the exact opposite of what they are supposed to be doing.
