Lying and *****ing Money

Not very happy. No response from you wifi has been off now for days i sent 2 mails no one contacted me. I phoned only for them to tell me that all 3 the towers in my area is out of order and they working on it it has been 4 days now. It is a lie cause my 2 neighbors has the exact sam router and package that i have and they have internet. I am paying every month for my internet to be on if i don't pay you cut it immediately, but when there is a problem from your side you are too lazy to take time and contact tou customer or even to try and resolve the issue. So my question why must i pay full price if i don't have the pleasure of the service i am paying for. 1day i can understand but 4days. And the real sad part is that i am paying for a advertised network speed of 750 but i hardly get 30 am moving to fiber Rain is just lies and *******
