Lying about my refund

I want my refund being paid back you rain. One person called and **** that you have processed my refund.. I told you I'll pull my bank account statement, no funds repaid there.

Why are you guys this unprofessional or one of your consulted refunded back to their own bank accounts. I want my refund back please
