*******ly purchasing on from my bank account

About a month ago I had a review regarding Rain. where they *******ly took R 2420.00 out of my account without permission. I then Received R1210 and R600 as refund. which means R610.00 was not paid back to me. Yesterday an amount of R769.35 was debited as a (Recurring Card Purchase AGAIN). Please can some help as this is ***** and i dont know what else can be done from my side. I am no longer using rain for more than 6 months now but the keep going in to my account and taking money. Is this some kind of money laundering? PLEASE REFUND ME MY FULL MONEY. PLEASE SEND CONFIRMATION THAT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN

Hi,

I requested cancellation last year September and received confirmation in December and January that this is cancelled. please see reply from last month. This is *******, please could you send me screen shot that this has been cancelled as this has been going on since last year October. Please also see reference ***5. Please could you kindly give me my money back. It is not my fault that Rain has been refusing to cancel my subscription since last year October.
