********LY DEDUCTING MY ACCOUNT

I've been with rain for approximately 2 years. I cancelled my (month-month) router subscription on the 10th of December 2024. The cancellation was logged for the end of the month December 2024. On the 26th of December 2024 they deducted R 569 (monthly subscription). Their router was returned to Rain Bonearo on 2nd of Jan 2024. Tell me why Rain is deducting R 569 on the 26th of January 2024 for a cancelled subscription and returned router? Their router went offline since same was cancelled but they keep deducting my account even long after the subscription was cancelled. I have logged a complaint through their app, I've tried calling them since morning and none of my calls are being answered.
