ludicrous service

Most shocking service ever. Not only the internet is service is bad also whoever the people takes care of their fb queries Joining the chat service/calling in does not help. I get the same response when I call in that they are experiencing a radio /tower issue of which this has been happening for the last seven months.

So I didn't pay for the service because I am sick and tired of the same excuse always and I was informed to pay inorder to have my issue resolved.

Please note I wont be making any payment, I should be claiming for daily downtime for the last 7 months and feedback that I am forever promised.

I am wondering how you guys deployed 5G if you cannot handle 4G
