Lost simcard and rooter that is not connecting to the network.

My rooter stopped connecting to the network, tried calling them, sending them emails with no response. Because i had no rooter i had to take out the sim and use it on my phone, the sim got lost as well, cried contacting the rain company but no one is available to assist. its has been a month and few weeks without the rooter. Now i save 3 weeks without the simcard but I’m still paying for it.
