Lost simcard
I am so disappointed in the services I’m receiving from rain I reported a lost simcard more than a month ago no one has bothered to call me back and arrange a delivery for a new one I keep calling their customer care either their agents hang up or lie and say they have escalated definitely considering cancelling my subscription….
