Lost all confidence - internet not stable nor dependable

I've been using Rain since 2020 and though on an 'uncapped' plan, got used to being throttled towards the end of each month. This was still bearable, but for the past 2 weeks I've not only experienced drop in internet speed, but total disconnection several times per day. I rely heavily on internet for both work and study and the past week especially was extremely frustrating and non-productive. My rain app won't open on my phone. I cannot get the information I need to restore connection like I had before. I get limited info on the website and resetting the router doesn't work.

Looking at other reviews made me realise I'm not the only one experiencing these issues, but it seems Rain doesn't care about the poor service it provides - or actually NO service. The automatic reponses on Hello Peter is not reassuring at all and I think the writing is on the wall and I need to cut my losses.
