Losing Data

Good morning I have app**** for a Sim card at Rain through the internet it's been long since I app**** for it. Now the Sim card has not arrived when I call I don't get help. I now spent a lot of money in buying data whereas I paid for data to come. If rain could not help me why then did they take my payment. I really can't work like this I need the internet to do my work. Rain must refund me my money now. Or I will take this further. Nthabiseng M
