Lorenzo Chetty from Rain

I am now on day10 since I received my faulty OUTDOOR Router that wouldn't connect.I spoke to 90% of the intire company's call center and the servce is immaculate. The Networking department Lorenzo Chetty would get back to me every after 4days via email asking if I am still experiencing the same issue 😑 and I would wait for another 4days or soo..I am so helpless at this point.I am truly drained 😢.

Paballo is working on the matter at this stage,she's promising to do her best on this matter. 👏 I will just cross my fingers.
