LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS RAIN IS BAD.

This is easily the worst service I've ever experienced as a long time customer of rain. I called for help with my internet connectivity and I have been reporting the same thing many times everytime I get through an agent.

Their "solution" was to turn the router off and on—like that’s going to fix everything. Totally useless. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy with such a pathetic customer service experience.

For most of the times when I don't get through to anyone I get a reference number without even speaking to anyone or not even someone calling me back. I have multiple references in my email inbox.

The most recent ***0 I hate being put on hold without assistance but yet I have been making sure I pay for the wifi router on my side.

This has been so bad for at least months I've been calling reporting the same thing multiple times and I'm not getting any help the connection cannot be stable for not even a full day...

Even now as I'm writing this review I'm using my own data but I have a router from a service provider that's good at taking money but bad at service.
