Longest turn around time!

I have been waiting to receive feedback since from the 1st of August 2020, today it is the 20 of August 2020 and still there is no communication I have received besides the automated email stating that a rain agent will get back to me within 24-48 hours. The sad part is that, at this moment the company doesn't have a call center number. I think I would have been fine with being on the line for long compared to only receiving an email to be told that an agent would get back to me and 18 days later still nothing.
