Long-Time Customer, But Service Keeps Getting Worse

iI've been with Rain for over 4 years now, and honestly, it's getting really frustrating. I signed up for the 100Mbps 5G package, but lately I’m barely getting 1Mbps with ping regularly shooting over 1000ms. That’s not just slow — it’s unusable.

What’s worse is that I’ve never received a router upgrade in all these years. It feels like once you’re an existing customer, you're just forgotten. There’s all this focus on attracting new customers, but what about the people who’ve been supporting the service from the beginning?

Rain seriously needs to get their network sorted and start taking care of their loyal users. This isn’t what I’m paying for, and I’m really starting to lose patience.
