Long activation time

Good day,

I received my rain 5g zte router within 2 working days. Witch was very exciting!

But for over 6 hours the service has not yet activated. I phoned to support centre twice, with no clear time line of when service will be activated.

All confirmation i have is the sim card can’t be activated form there side, and is escalated to technical department.
