Location of towers

Rain why do you create unnecessary problems by connecting me to a tower that is far while all along I had no issues with the tower that is close to my location

The network is starting to irritate me now, creating issues when there were no issues at all. it's the beginning of the month and already problems. Just move my sim card to the tower that has been working all along. Now am being ignored and not attended to

Why do we always shave to go through the same thing every time. Tower that are far away from my location i do not get connectivity from them but rain connects me to them. is this a way of making out of people by charging them for something they don't use

whiles there is a tower that is just working fine with regards to connectivity that is 0.13km away from my location. hai maan stop this nonsense
