Load shedding
I've been happy with Rain 5G for some time now, but my problem is that when there is load shedding outside my area I loose network connection. It will only come back when the electricity is restored.
The Router doesn't automatically look for another tower to connect to, when i contact support they say I should restart the router. But that doesn't work.
Rain has to upgrade their system, some of us will be forced to move to Fiber to be able to have uninterrupted connection

21 Sept 2022, 12:58My query was to say Rain has to upgrade their system to retain clients, Vuma is currently rolling out affordable Fiber in most areas and people especially in my area who are currently on Rain 5G are planning to move to Vuma.
The only problem with Rain is the unstable network during load shedding or load reduction.
