LIMITED SERVICE vs UNLIMITED WIFI

Terrible service!!! Support never answers calls and once you request a cancellation, they will make all the promises and still do nothing. I have had to reload airtime waiting for support to pick up the phone. They only answer when you call sales and once the sale is done, the service is terrible. I pay for 5G unlimited wi-fi on time but have internet for less than half of the month! Support is also very rude once you air your frustrations! This service provider has cost me missed deadlines and more money on airtime and data than they sell!!! ANNOYED is not even the word.
