Limited connectivity for 3rd week

If Rain does care to know, this is the 3rd week of bad network connectivity in Cosmo City. At this time, please are starting to make decisions. I have with rain since 2020 and I am convinced the experience of the last 3 weeks isn’t what I signed up for. I have reported this issue twice but nothing has improved not has an turn around time to fix the issue been communicated. I will also be considering alternatives if the situation does not improve.
